Wedge wire centrifuge baskets

Centrifuge baskets are used in coal and mineral industries for dewatering applications and are designed to withstand the high vibrating and rotational stresses of centrifugal dryer systems. Each basket is dynamically balanced to a very high standard to prevent secondary vibration inducing premature fatigue failure.

During the coarse and fine coal dewatering processing, the material to be dewatered is fed into the inlet cone through the feed pipe.
