Flat welded wedge wire screen can be constructed using triangle support rods or round support rods and flat bar. It is manufactured by wrapping and welding stainless steel V-shaped profile wire cylindrically around support rods, then be made into panel screen through cutting and edge welding. Each profile wire and support rod is contacted by resistance welding, our welded type screens offer a wide range of apertures with clear and unobstructed open area.

WEB WIRE MESH can offer flat welded wedge wire screen in the standard specifications, the slot size range from 0.2 mm to 10.0 mm, while profile wire size range from 1.5 mm x 4.0 mm to 8.5 mm x 11.5 mm, and manufacture width is up to 4.0 m, the wedge wire screen is commonly constructed with materials of grade 304 (1.4301) stainless steel.

Austenitic stainless steel 200 and 300 series: Grade 201 (1.4372), Grade 202 (1.4373), Grade 304 (1.4301), Grade 304L (1.4306), Grade 316 (1.4401), Grade 316L (1.4404), Grade 321 (1.4541)

Ferritic stainless steel: Grade 430 (1.4016)

Martensitic stainless steel: Grade 410 (1.4006), Grade 420 (1.4021 )
