Perforated casing pipe is manufactured by multi spindle drill presses. It is deburred internally and externally, and every hole is visually inspected to make sure all burrs are cleaned up. Perforated pipe or perforated casing is designed for creating  a channel between the pay zone and the wellbore to make easy flow of oil and gas to the wellbore. Punched holes with diameters from 3/8" to 1/2" are arranged in straight or staggered conditions. It is usually used as a protect casing or supporting pipe of other well screens, such as pipe-based wire wrapped screen The size and distribution of perforated hoses pose a direct impact on well productivity.
